Who plans to open up the world’s best döner restaurant in the middle of the pandemic?
Most restaurant startups don't really consider the value of creating a brand from the get-go, at the same time with the menu. Teemu, Erol and Sami are different. They want to create something that is not just the best döner in town, but in the world. And a brand that stands for something.
We were more than happy to jump aboard. After three months of workshops on islands, talking about the value of being from a small town in the middle of Finland, and some very fun brainstorming around what holy means in illustration, we birthed Holy Døner: a restaurant concept and philosophy for people who love döner, didn't know they love döner, to come and enjoy eating, guilt-free and with belly-happiness.
