Sustainability has become a must-have for companies. But how sustainable is it to run a company where people burn out?
We set out to prove it’s time for a culture shift, challenging companies to see wellbeing as an investment in the financial wellbeing of the company.
We call it Human Sustainability.
There is no such thing as wellbeing at work and outside of work. We only have one health.
In Finland, employers are obliged by law to provide employee healthcare. It’s long been a low-priority line item where pricing has ruled the market.
