We often only afford people a fraction of a second before labelling who they are–or in the healthcare business, what’s wrong with them. Aava has set in motion a culture shift towards how they see people, treating not just the symptom, but the person.
Since 2020, we’ve set out to question long-held assumptions about healthcare – and each other: How are you seen?
